Production & Shipping

Standard orders are made within 3 business days. Custom orders may take up to 5 business days.Wholesale orders take up 7-14 business days.

Shipping to the US typically takes 1-2 weeks, and to Europe 1-3 weeks. Shipping costs vary by weight, and free shipping is available for orders over $35 in the US.

We offer express shipping via UPS, DPD, FEDex etc.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes, non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days in their original condition. Custom and personalized items are non-returnable, except for manufacturing defects.

What qualifies as a defect?
A defect includes wrong color, size, or incorrect engraving/embossing. If your item has any of these issues, contact us for assistance.

1. Cancellation accepted within a 24 hours
2. Refund will be made only if we get our item back
3. No refunds for custom orders.
4. No refunds for items from section Sale.
5. No refunds after 14 days from purchase moment.
6. No refunds for unclaimed packages.

Types of Leather we Use

Crazy Horse Leather – matte waxed leather that is prone to scratches and develops a vintage effect over time.
Full Grain Leather – durable, soft leather that requires minimal care.
Smooth Polished Leather – leather with medium gloss and a water-repellent protective coating.

Caring for Leather

Initially, avoid wearing Crazy Horse leather products with light-colored clothing.
Do not wipe the leather with a damp cloth.
Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight.

Cleaning the Leather: Use a dry cloth or a cellulose wipe to remove scratches, dirt, and excess moisture. If necessary, use a cleaner specifically designed for natural leather.

Avoid storing leather products in sealed plastic bags.

Use Leather Care Products:
Over time, Crazy Horse leather develops a unique vintage look. We recommend occasionally treating it with leather cream or wax to enhance this effect and maintain the leather's softness. Cream and wax also good for all types of leather.

Personalization & Gifts

Do you offer personalization?
Yes, we can emboss or engrave initials, logos, or custom text. You can choose from our available fonts and sizes. We can emboss logo of your company. Just contact us for more details.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, all items come wrapped in craft paper with a gift ribbon and you can add a gift message.

Do you handle corporate orders?
Yes, we accept corporate orders starting at 15 items or $350. Free shipping and personalization include Contact us to discuss your order.

Miscellaneous

How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can track your parcel using any international postal service.

What if I didn’t receive my order?
During peak seasons, delays may occur. Please allow extra time or contact us for assistance.

Sending items for return :
The items should be packaged as securely as possible - we won't be able to issue a refund if the items arrives damaged. If it's a bag - it should be stuffed so that it keeps its shape.
The parcel's estimated cost shouldn't be high, and it should be marked as a gift, to avoid extra fees on customs.

About the Leather

Each separate piece of material is carefully selected. It is important to take into account that real leather, unlike artificial leather, has a number of features that can be acceptable and are not considered as faulty:

Real leather is "lively" in its texture, with irregularities in color and rough texture, which makes each product unique.

The nature of the reverse side on the same product may differ, since the leathjer is heterogeneous in its structure.

Unevenness in thickness and color, small scratches and small cuts are acceptable, and in no way affect the functionality of the product.

About the Color and Photos

Our photos were taken at different times of the day: in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening, on a sunny day or cloudy. Indoors or outdoors. Even the season affects the light and color of the product. Depending on this, the leather tone sometimes changes.

We recommend that you study the photos of the product you liked better, as well as look at other products in a similar color to be sure of your purchase. Also contact us for help
