Apply leather conditioner or balm every few months to maintain softness and prevent drying or cracking. Avoid petroleum-based or silicone-heavy products.

For products with debossed or engraved personalization, avoid scrubbing or wetting the area to preserve clarity and texture.

Crazy Horse leather (matte, waxed finish) develops a natural patina over time. Light scratches can often be rubbed out by hand or soft cloth thanks to the pull-up effect.

Smooth leather should be maintained with a neutral balm to keep shine and flexibility. Do not use abrasive products.

Grained leather requires gentle cleaning with a microfiber cloth. If dirty, use a mild foaming leather-safe solution — no alcohol.

Waxed Matte leather may transfer some dye or wax during early use. Avoid contact with white or delicate clothing for the first few weeks.

To dramatically extend the life of metal zippers, apply a tiny amount of neutral oil (e.g., mineral oil or beeswax) every 6–8 weeks. This prevents stiffness and wear.
